Ceramic Beads 60

Ceramic beads 60 is synthetic sand produced on Al2O3 basis. Because of its almost perfectly spherical shape, Ceramic beads 60 is widely used in the foundry industry as molding and core sand providing excellent flow characteristics and gas permeation. In core production, binder savings of up to 50% compared to other sands are achievable without loss in core strength. At the same time, Ceramic beads 60 for foundry use shows excellent surface finish on castings.
