        METAL+METALLURGY THAILAND 2019 was successfully held on September 18-20, 2019 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center. More than 200 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, as well as visitors from China, Thailand, USA, UK, Germany, France participated in the exhibition , Japan, South Korea, Canada, Spain, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Vietnam and Singapore. According to interviews with exhibitors, 95% of exhibitors are satisfied with the exhibition, 94% of exhibitors will continue to participate next year, and 91% of exhibitors will recommend this exhibition to their partners and customers. All this indicates that the first overseas exhibition organized by the China Foundry Association has been a complete success.

        The opening ceremony of Metal+Metallurgy Thailand took place on the morning of September 18th. Former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, Chairman of the Thai-China Cultural Relations Committee Pinni, Deputy Minister of Trade Promotion Su Guangling Mr. Huang Kai of the China Development Bureau, Mr. Chiruit Isarangun Na Ayuthaya, First Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, Mr. Ms. Achana Limpaitun, Chairman of the Thai Convention and Exhibition Bureau, Thailand Mr. Werapong Chaipern, Member of the China Industrial Cooperation Research Institute, Chief Expert of the Eastern Economic Corridor of Thailand, and Mr. Zhang Libo, Vice President of the China Federation of Mechanical Engineering and President of China the foundry association made speeches at the opening ceremony.
        China is Thailand’s largest import and export market, and Thailand is China’s third largest trading partner among ASEAN countries. Chinese foundry equipment, raw materials and auxiliary materials are warmly welcomed in Thailand, and the cooperation between the two sides in the metallurgical industry is very active. Metal+Metallurgy Thailand has established a platform for exchange and cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries in the foundry industry. It is also the research and practice of the international cooperation of the Belt and Road production capacities.
       Combined with the needs of the Thai and Southeast Asian steel industry market, the exhibits cover casting, metallurgy, injection molding, industrial furnaces, heat treatment, robots, pipes, wires, cables, etc.

        Sino-Thai Art Casting Symposium “Combining a variety of technology and crafts”, “The perfect combination of functional requirements and art casting”, “Application of various metals and alloys” are the three distinctive features of Chinese art casting. Industry experts, scholars and business representatives came together to have an in-depth discussion on the broad prospects for cooperation between the two countries in the field of art casting on cultural elements such as the development of art casting technology, market trends and classical Buddha casting.
        Industry Review Reveals Trends “Efficient Intelligent Foundry Equipment and Technology Development Forum”, “Foundry Materials and Environmental Protection Technology Development Forum”, DISA technology workshops focus on intelligence, green, brand, understanding industry boundaries, recording results for transformation. and modernization, as well as the promotion of industry, university and research combined. Suzhou Mingzhi Technology, DISA, Nanjing Guhua, Jinpu Materials, SQ Group and Kaitai Group presented their latest research results at the exhibition. At the same time, representatives of these exhibitors visited the forum and discussed and shared sintered ceramic foundry sand technologies, efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions, and smart and efficient grinding and cleaning technology. At the forum, the company focused on presenting foundry equipment and materials suitable for the Thai market, which were well received by the participants.
